ax25-xtools software package provides tools for AX.25 interface configuration -- X11-based, you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install ax25-xtools
ax25-xtools is installed in your system.
Make ensure the ax25-xtools package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep ax25-xtools *
You will get with ax25-xtools package name, version, architecture and description in a table
